USER can subscribe on a fixed Annual, Half-yearly or Quarterly Subscription. by forwarding a payment as stated initially which can be paid through cash, cheque, demand draft,neft,Credit card at our office address or directly in our said bank for limited access to our Tenders database online. In this type of subscription USER shall be able to view limited no. of tenders but the cost Paid shall be adjusted against the initial clicks only & all subsequent clicks during the subscription period shall be free. USER can always view the no. of clicks in MY ACCOUNT link after login.

Obligation

IN CASE OF ANY MISUSE DETECTED www.Tendernews.com at its absolute discretion reserves the right to change, suspend or omit any advertisement/ Subscription/ Trial Membership/Mail listing/ emailing and in such case Tender news "s obligation is limited to refund of unutilized portion of the paid charges. For calculating the unutilized portion of the paid charges the cost of total clicks shall be counted during the subscription period & deducted from the amount paid . No.s of permissible Clicks by users are restricted depending upon the subscription pkg. on daily / weekly / monthly Basis however Restriction can be relaxed on the usage of Genuine requirement.The subscription shall be monitored for misuse & can be discontinued at the sole discretion of the Company & the paid amount shall be adjusted @ individual click cost mentioned against each tender clicked & the difference shall be refunded or reclaimed from the subscriber as the case maybe. Also only one active session is permissible per subscriber.
