Sofia heating utility Toplofikatsiya Sofia opened a 26.4 million levs ($15.5 million/13.5 million euro) tender for Supply of 23000 ton of heavy fuel oil.

The delivery expenses should be covered by the contractor, Toplofikatsiya Sofia said in the tender notice. The fuel has to be delivered to four of Toplofikatsiya Sofia`s plants - thermal power plants Sofia and Sofia East, as well as heat-only boiler stations Zemlyane and Lyulin.
