The government will soon float tenders for the hotel management and catering institute proposed to be built at Farmagudi in Ponda taluka.

Information provided by tourism minister Dilip Parulekar indicates that the government has already obtained an NOC from the village panchayat of Bandora and the town and country planning department. The consultant has also submitted drawings and plans of the project and these are presently under technical scrutiny.
