The purpose of the assignment is to provide support to Swachh Maharashtra Mission, Urban Development Department, government of Maharashtra to maintain HARIT Ticker application. The hired manpower shall provide technical and functional support in case of any issue rises by or through the Department. The vendor should ensure the application is functioning 24*7*365, any bug or issues to be resolved in least turn around time. Update the application whenever required.
