Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH under its ProSoil Project invites bids from potential consultancy firms for niceSSM application maintenance for 2 years and provide dedicated resource for assistance.

The purpose of the assignment is to provide support to MANAGE, Government of India, based at Hyderabad to maintain niceSSM system for two years and also provide an assistant as help desk to resolve day to day queries and issues by users. The hired manpower shall provide technical and functional support in case of any issue rises by users from any institute or farmers as users. The vendor should ensure the application is functioning 24*7, any bug or issues to be resolved in least turnaround time. Update the application whenever required.
