- • Any Corporate entity of IT/ ITES having annual turnover of Rs. 50 crores of IT/ ITES products and net worth of not less than Rs. 25 crores as on 31.3.08.
- • Any Corporate entity engaged in the business of IT/ ITES infrastructure development having turnover of Rs. 500 crores and net worth of Rs. 100 crores.
- • A joint venture of two or more entities is permissible provided each of the member qualifies the eligibility criteria.

The prescribed tender document may be obtained from O/o MPAKVN (I) Ltd., Indore, Free Press House, 3/54, Press Complex, A B Road, Indore – 452 008 against payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- .
The tender document may also be downloaded from the web sites of www.crystalitindore.com or www.sezindore.com. In case the tender document is downloaded from web site, there will be no change in the cost of the tender document as indicated above and a payment of Rs.1,00,000/- against the cost of the tender form shall have to be made to MPAKVN, Indore along with the submission of the tender in sealed envelopes.
Availability of tender documents will be from 10.30 Hrs. (IST) on 12-6-08 till close of business on 30-7-08. Submission of completed tender will be upto 17.30 Hrs. (IST) on 31-7-08 or before in the tender box kept in the Office of Managing Director, MPAKVN (Indore), Free Press House, 3/54, Press Complex, A.B. Road, Indore – 452 008.
