    Painting and repair work of 2x10 Storey Building , Staff Quarters and Boundary Walls including common Area and Staircase
  • Item 2 : RFQ for Renovation of 16 Nos Common Servant Toilets
    Scope of Work :
    Renovation of Servant Toilets including Chipping by Santras, laying of Wall and Floor Tiles and fitting of White Pan and PVC Cistern
  • Item 3 : RFQ for Plumbing and Drainage Work including sanitary and masonary work
    Scope of work
    Replacement of exisitng HCI Pipes and fittings with Supreme make UPVC pipes inclduing making holes in the wall and necessary jointing materials in 6 ducts comprising of 2 bathroom and 1 kitchen duct for each tower
  • Item 4 : Fire Hydrant System for 2 x 10 storey Towers
    Scope of work :
    Providing of Fire Hydrant System for 2 x10 storey towers
  • Item 5 : Waterproffing of staff quarters
    Scope of work :
    Waterproffing treatment work on the roof of staff quarter along the boudnary wall of the compound
  • Item 6 : 125KVA DG set
  • Item 7 : CCTV System
