The hospital will be given to any Foreign or Indian organization or person of Indian origin .
The products, services or business models should be original and novel. All reputed in health care sector will be given priority.
They should provide highest quality and experience. 10 % Free Beds ( only bed charges) except medicines and surgeries to be given to below poverty lavel ( BPLR) patients as per current act in Maharashtra . BPLR patients for OPD/ Consultations can be charged at Central Govt Health Schme (CGHS) rates .

10 % of bid amount will be taken as Deposit for sell or 6 months of lease rental should be deposited within 15 days once the bid is accepted .
All rights with management to accept or reject the bids with no reasons .
Agreement or lease deed cost along with any stamp duty not in our scope.
All applicable taxes / vat / S Tax / Corporation taxes / Electricity charges/ water charges / Any AMC or any other govt statutory rule will be extra and not inclusive of lease rentals or sale.
For lease bids rentals have to be provided through bank guarantees from Nationalized banks .
Lease rentals will have minimum locking period of 5 years and escalation factor of lease rentals of 15 % every five years till expiry .
