Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH under its ProSoil Project invites bids from potential consultancy firms for HARIT Ticker application annual maintenance for SMM, UDD, Maharashtra to run HARIT Application smoothly.

The purpose of the assignment is to provide support to Swachh Maharashtra Mission, Urban Development Department, government of Maharashtra to maintain HARIT Ticker application. The hired manpower shall provide technical and functional support in case of any issue rises by or through the Department. The vendor should ensure the application is functioning 24*7*365, any bug or issues to be resolved in least turnaround time. Update the application whenever required. The application from software side is to be ensured to function during whole contract time period. The detailed documentation with regards to this call for proposals includes:
