TENDER NOTICE
for
Development of Monitoring tool for PM KUSUM scheme: Phase II
|
The Promotion of Solar Water Pumps (PSWP) component of the Indo-German Energy Programme (IGEN) is a bilateral technical co-operation measure between the Federal Ministry for Economic Co-operation and Development (BMZ), Germany and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), India. BMZ has commissioned Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), a federal enterprise based in Eschborn and Bonn in Germany, with the implementation of the project. The IGEN-PSWP module aims at promoting sustainable use of solar water pumps across India, with a focus on Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. The MNRE is developing a dedicated and comprehensive national and state portals for monitoring implementation of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) schme which targets addition of 2 million off-grid and 1.5 million on-grid pumps, and installation of 10 GW of rural solar power plants by 2022. GIZ is supporting this through creation of new web-platforms. In this regard, IGEN-PSWP seeks services to develop, implement and maintain state-level web-portals, integrate with national portal and capacity building of relevant stakeholders for monitoring the implementation of PM KUSUM scheme
