Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH under its ProSoil Project invites bids from potential consultancy firms for Artificial Intelligence integration in niceSSM application.

The purpose of the assignment is to upgrade niceSSM suitable for Artificial Intelligence and then integrate Artificial Intelligence as per the ToR in various modules, also need to use niceSSM WhatsApp account in conjugation. The vendor should ensure the application is functioning 24*7*365, any bug or issues to be resolved in least turn around time. Update the application whenever required. The application from software side and AI side is to be ensured to function during whole contract time period. Handover documents and code at closure of contract and respond back even after closure of contract in case any issue occurs related to AI.
