Almora Magnesite Ltd (AML), a joint sector enterprise of UPSIDC, TRL Krosaki Refractories Ltd. & SAIL,engaged in mining & processing of magnesite invites' proposals from marketing agencies dealing in trading of Dead Burnt Magnesite, Calcined / Semi-calcined Magnesite & Mineral Magnesite being used in refractory applications, for producing magnesium sulphate~ as flux in ferro alloys industri~s respectively. Interested marketing agencies having requisite competence and resources may submit their proposal as per our detailed terms and conditions given below:

1. Attested Copy of valid registration of the firm/ company.
2. Keenness Money (Refundable) of ~ 10,000/- only by DOin favour of Almora Magnesite Ltd. payable at Almora.
3. Copy of Audited Balance Sheets and Profit & LossAccount for the last three Financial years including all Annexure & Schedules.
4. Note on proposed plan to expand the sales and create a niche market for AML's products alongwith details of existing infrastructure like dealer's network, warehouses/godowns etc.
