- Name of the Work: - “Cleaning of over head tank of different capacity at Nalconagar Township and CISF colony.”
Dear Sirs,
With reference to above you are requested to submit your sealed proposal for above referred work as specified in the enclosed documents, considering all the terms, conditions, specifications etc.
The EMD amount in shape of DD must be submitted along with the sealed offer.
1) In case of TWO PART BID, EMD amount in shape of Demand Draft has to be submitted in separate Envelope marked as “EMD only”. Technical bid to be submitted in separate envelope marked as “PART-I, TECHNO-COMMERCIAL BID” and Price Bid marked as “PART – II, PRICE BID”.
2) In case of SINGLE PART BID, EMD amount in shape of Demand Draft has also to be submitted in separate Envelope marked as “EMD only” and the priced Bid document is to be submitted in a separate envelope marked as “Priced Bid”.
- NALCO reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof.
You are requested to refer to clause 25.0 of NIT for details regarding mode, submission, receipt
and opening of tender.
